PoultryHub is committed to fair and transparent marketplace practices. If you experience a problem with a transaction, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Direct communication

Try in-app Chat first. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through open communication. Use the in-app Chat to contact the other party and explain your concern.

Step 2: Raise a dispute

Our commitment

PoultryHub is not a payment processor and cannot enforce financial transfers directly. However, we will take appropriate platform action — including warnings and account suspensions — against parties found to be acting in bad faith.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter under the laws of Zimbabwe. PoultryHub will cooperate fully with all lawful processes.
