By using the PoultryHub app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use PoultryHub
• By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate
• PoultryHub is currently available to users in Zimbabwe

2. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Do not share your account with any third party

3. Seller obligations

• Sellers must be approved by PoultryHub admin before listing products
• All products must be accurately described and legally compliant
• Sellers are responsible for the quality and safety of their products
• Pricing must be fair and transparent — no hidden charges
• Sellers must honor confirmed orders and invoices in good faith

4. Buyer obligations

• Buyers must raise invoice requests and orders in good faith
• Once an order is accepted, buyers are expected to complete payment within the agreed timeframe
• Fraudulent orders or invoice requests will result in account termination

5. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Listing counterfeit, prohibited, or unsafe products
• Harassment, threats, or abuse of other users
• Providing false information about products or your identity
• Using the platform for any unlawful activity
• Conducting off-platform transactions to circumvent marketplace rules

6. Payments

PoultryHub facilitates communication between buyers and sellers; payment terms are agreed between parties. PoultryHub does not currently process payments directly and is not liable for payment disputes. Disputes should be raised through the Dispute Resolution process.

7. Intellectual property

All content on PoultryHub — including the logo, design, and text — is the property of PoultryHub. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

PoultryHub is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of products listed by sellers
• Losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers
• Losses due to app downtime or technical errors beyond our reasonable control

9. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious breach.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with Zimbabwean law.
