Getting started

How do I register?

Tap "Register" on the login screen, enter your details, and verify your email with the OTP sent to you.

How do I become a seller?

After registering, complete your seller profile. Your account will be reviewed and approved by our team within 1–3 business days.

How do I become a buyer?

After registering, complete your buyer profile and you can start browsing immediately.

For buyers

How do I browse products?

Use the Browse tab to search for poultry products by category, type, and location.

How do I find sellers near me?

Go to the Sellers tab and tap the map icon. You can filter by distance from your current location.

How do I request a price?

Tap "Request Invoice" on any product listing. The seller will respond with a quote, which you can accept or decline.

How do I track my orders?

View your active and completed orders in the Orders tab.

Can I cancel an order?

Contact the seller directly via Chat as soon as possible. Order cancellation policies are set by individual sellers.

For sellers

How do I list a product?

Tap "Add Product" on your Dashboard or the "+" button. Fill in the details and add photos, then submit for approval.

How do I manage orders?

Go to the Orders tab. You can accept or reject each order and communicate with buyers via Chat.

What are Live Products?

Live Products let you share real-time updates about your current livestock — a farm journey with status videos and photos.

My product was revoked. What do I do?

Edit your listing to address the issue noted in the revocation reason, then resubmit it for approval.

Account & security

I forgot my password.

Use "Forgot Password" on the login screen to reset it via email.

I can't log in.

Ensure you've verified your email via OTP. If still locked out, contact support@poultryhub.co.zw.

How do I change my email or phone?

These changes require admin approval for security. Go to My Account → View Profile → request a contact change.
